Paris

The official colors of Paris are red and blue, to which I added white for an old favorite color scheme...

My card starts with a red square folded card, I cut a window out of the front. Then I added a blue square card in which I cut a smaller window so that the blue would show through on the front.
I stamped the Eiffel tower (Artemio) twice in black StazOn ink, cut out and glued together back to back, (this of course works with any symmetrical image). I mounted the Eiffel tower with foam tape to the front of the red card.
This is the card front, page one:

Then I constructed the banner, it's actually one single stamp from Aladine, stamped once in Lipstick red Color Box Chalk ink and then again in Indigo Blue Impress ink. Cut apart and glued together along a piece of bakers twine. This was then sandwiched together between the red and blue card.

So the images are visible from the outside as well as from the inside of the card, this is page two:

And page three where I imagined the park behind the Eiffel tower, le Champs de Mars, with a Montgolfiere (PSX) and a metro entrance (Aladine) - so very Parisian...
Trees from Memory Box, all colors are Color Box Chalk inks.

Pages four and five are left blank for the message.
