Altenew 8”x11” Majestic Bouquet Stamp Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($200 in Total Prizes)

For the very special Altenew Majestic Bouquet release I wanted to make some bright and cheerful cards - sweet like candy!

Today, Altenew is releasing their largest stamp set ever, the Majestic Bouquet 8" x 11" Stamp Set, you can also get the coordinating Majestic Bouquet Die Set or the Majestic Bouquet Stamp & Die Bundle .

I am excited to be part of the release blog hop that starts at the Altenew card blog and you should have hopped here from Erin's beautiful blog. Full blog hop list at the bottom of this post.

My cards today are very flashy, I wanted these beautiful flowers to stand out in a very contemporary fashion. Please let me know what you think about them in the comment section below!
All the cards are stamped in Altenew Crisp Dye Inks.

I used Neenah Solar White 110lb white card stock and stamped the outline of the flower in Teal Cave. Then I stamped the small central petals in Aqualicious, I used Bamboo and Dew Drops for the large petals, Fresh Lemon for the flower center. Then I cut a mask from a Post It note and stamped the background leaves repeatedly in Dew Drops. The sentiment from this same stamp set was stamped in Teal Cave to match. The stamped panel was cut down to leave a half inch border and foam tape mounted on to a flashy teal card base from my stash.

The second card is using a green color scheme with some yellow and pink to make it pop!
The outline was again stamped in Teal Cave. To color the flower using the layering stamps I used Parrot, Fresh Lemon and Citrus Burst for the petals, Fresh Lemon and Pinkalicious for the flower center. As before I cut a mask from a Post It note and stamped the leafy background in Dew Drops. The statement was stamped a couple of times in Parrot ink and the panel was mounted on a peppy green card stock base from my stash.

I absolutely love this flower - it's so pretty - so I stamped a third version of the first card but this time in pinks with an orange pop.
This time I used Razzleberry for the outline and sentiment, Pinkalicious for the small petals,  Pink Diamond and Snapdragon for the large petals, Fresh Lemon for the flower center and Rose quartz for the leafy background. The card was mounted to a hot pink card base, again from my stash. All three cards had the central stamped panel mounted with the Altenew Instant Dimension Foam Tape which is the perfect height to me, it adds dimension but very little bulk!

In this picture you can see just how big this gorgeous flower stamp set is, you get so many layering and outline images as well as several thanks and appreciation messages to use on your cards.

To celebrate the release of this large Majestic Bouquet stamp set Altenew is giving away a total of $200 in prizes; 2 $50 and 5 $20 gift certificates to 7 winners drawn randomly from all the blogs participating in this hop, all listed below.
